Built for this channel.

Account Matching

Feedback is automatically matched to Salesforce contacts and accounts by email address.

Opportunity Context

See deal stage, amount, and close date alongside customer feedback.

ARR & Renewal Tracking

Annual revenue and a renewal-date proxy (the highest-amount open opportunity) are pulled in for every account.

Revenue Impact

Prioritize feedback from high-value accounts. Know which pain points affect your biggest customers.

Health-Score Writeback

Opt in to push Rereflect's calculated health score back into a numeric Contact field you choose — kept in sync automatically as scores change, so CSMs see it right in Salesforce.

Churn Labels from Lost Renewals

Opt in and Rereflect reads closed-lost Opportunities of the renewal types you name and proposes them as churn labels. They are suggestions, never labels: each one waits in a review queue for a human to confirm or reject, because a lost renewal is not always a churn. Off until you configure it — name no opportunity types and nothing is suggested.

Who it helps.

I can finally see churn-risk feedback next to the account's ARR and renewal date without leaving Rereflect. It changes which fires I fight first.

Fig. 04 — Setup

Connect in four steps.

01
Go to Settings → Integrations

Navigate to your Rereflect dashboard and open the Integrations page.

02
Click "Connect Salesforce"

You'll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize Rereflect via OAuth. Note: only one CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) can be active per organization at a time.

03
Approve the requested scopes

Grant Rereflect read access to accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

04
Rereflect syncs accounts & opportunities

Company, ARR, renewal date, and opportunity stage/amount are pulled in automatically.

05
View enriched feedback

Feedback is enriched with CRM context automatically. Segment and prioritize by account value on your dashboard.

06
Optional: enable health-score writeback

Create a numeric custom field on the Contact object in Salesforce (e.g. Rereflect_Health_Score__c), then enter its API name in Settings → Integrations → Salesforce and turn on writeback. The existing OAuth scope already allows the write — no reconnect needed.
